Concerning Veigar's Q
I absolutely love the new skillshot version of Baleful Strike. However, I do feel like it could do with a bit of visual polishing. Since the skillshot travels so quickly, it can be a little hard to tell if it hit someone, especially since the little entropic sparkle effect is so tiny. In the late game, the only way I could really know who exactly I Q'd was by who just lost a quarter of their health. I don't want too much, just show a more obvious particle effect on anyone hit by Veigar's Q. In the case of more spaced-apart targets, I'd also make the skillshot change how it looks after hitting one target, much like how Lux's Q dims sown after hitting its first target.
NOTE: Please do not respond to this thread with complaints about Veigar's recent changes. There are hundreds of other places to vent about that.
