Hi everyone!

So far i'm really enjoying all the new updates and the one I was most excited to hear about was Quinn! In fact i went and bought Woad Scout Quinn ahead of time and started to play the crap out of her before the update. What really got me pumped was the fact that you could FLY around the map at insanely high speeds! It takes 5 seconds to get to baron with a rank 3 ultimate and home guards which is insane.

Although it is fun to travel across the maps at high speeds, entering combat isn't as fun anymore. Pre-change Quinn would dash in with massive attack speed and assassinate her targets, although it was very high risk high reward, it was a lot of fun playing as valor alone and clawing out the enemies eyes, plus Valor's attack animation was pretty cool. I've been going positive in most of my games as the new Quinn, she feels more like an adc, except for one thing. They took out her attack speed buff. Can you imagine zipping through the map as fast as you are, finding an enemy, and then all of a sudden feel the disappointment of watching that attack speed? I use attack speed runes, and will always have a Statik Shiv in my build.

Since I figured that the attack speed passive activating after attacking a marked target (Harrier) would be too OP with how much it's triggered (After hitting a target with q and e as well as the passive marks), I suggest this:

While Quinn and Valor are united (Her Ultimate), Quinn can gain up to 100 stacks of Attack Speed: At max stacks quinn will have 50/60/70% increased attack speed for however many seconds seems necessary which I think 5-10 seconds should suffice.

The beautiful thing about this is that people wont be able to spam this early game since her ultimate requires 100/50/0 mana. And late game she needs it to face off against other ad carries/tanks since lets face it EVERY adc has an attack speed buff aside from Lucian(who has a double attack which makes it pretty much the same thing).

I would like to hear the communities opinion on this matter!

she could get a 1-2-3-4-5 seconds +75 range on w active (vision could match the range and reveal all champions found for 1-2-3-4-5 seconds). Not a hard buff since her w is like 45 seconds cd but a small help for late game on the last fight

This would probably be too strong on her, especially since she's getting increased Harrier damage next patch, as well as a vision reduction effect on her Q. I'm with you on the loss of assassin Valor though, playing him was always the cornerstone of her kit for me and I'll miss it.

Not a good idea for a change in my opinion. I think she is fine the way she is, she is strong at duels, can assassinate targets, and has a huge amount of mobility. In my opinion she is one of the strongest champions right now, and I'm sure you'll see that come out in competitive play, but although she is strong I think that they could tweak her q projectile speed to be a bit faster, and then buff up the ultimate damage a bit.

I miss old quinn. the ult really doesnt bother me one way or the other. the slow while in the ult urks me however. also the loss of blind is a big hit as i played a strategic defensive quinn. now u have no means to even hit your w when diving an opponent cause you will be slowed by being hit in your ult or will e in and be immediately on the back side of minions. counters are gone for fighting meele champs so you are now smeared by yi/try/jax/xin and the list goes on. her list of counters have grown. if you were the type of quinn who stayed on the fringes and took what u could im sure your loving the speed but as a Quinn who enjoyed to duel and counter meeles for my team in team fights with the blind; I am in mourning.

Patch 5.22 i palyed 60games with quinn, she feels so wrong to play with, needs an R change too, God please make Riot fix Quinn

Before entering combat usually meant you'd die in the process. Now you can e onto a traget set off skystrike and harrier proc. less damage than the full combo before but now you aren't sacrificing your positioning
