I'm LOVING these Quinn changes that came along with patch 5.23!

I've had an idea I've wanted to share about Quinn's blind, and I figure now is the time since they have re-added it!

Wouldn't it be awesome landing your Q on an enemy and watching valor chip away at their vision? Circling around them and pecking at their head? Kind of like actually "gouging" their eyes out? I certainly think that's worthy of Riot's time!

Much like Kindred, Quinn is only half the champion, Valor being the other half. And I really want more Valor!

Visual clutter? The person is blinded anyway, He won't be seeing much to begin with so it makes sense.

its just anoying that her passive cooldown scales with crit instead of attack speed.
