I lose 21 lp per loss, and get 11 per win.... How can I fix that.... Its impossible to just start winning more games out of nowhere. Seems stupid? like the system is built to automatically rank you down even if you dont deserve it.

Problem is that you DO deserve it. You just came off of a fat losing streak which made your MMR drop down to Silver 4 while your rank is still Silver 1 thanks to Riot system, however even at Silver 4 you keep losing games so the system tries to get your rank to match your MMR by tweaking your LP gains/losses accordingly. Only way to get your MMR back up is the opposite way you got it down, through winning more games than losing and thus proving to the system that you belong into Silver 1 and not Silver 4.
Well, you need to win more than you lose.
Atm you have 40% winrate in your last 60 games, 35% winrate in your last 40. That means your winrate is deteriorating, which means you are playing above your league.
Find a simp to boost you. On a serious note just 1 trick fiora every other champ you play you either go even or feed you look to play very consistently on fiora.
