Leblanc buffs
Now that Leblanc isn't cancer to lane against, can she get some buffs? She has a sub 50 win rate, and people are complaining about her. Maybe people would stop complaining about her rework if they buff her.

just wait 4-5 patches for them to balance things out :P Its normal for the moment some are hyper weak (aka all ap assassins) and osme are extremely Op (only talon thank god)

Buffs are not going to fix her. She is an assassin that can no longer properly assassinate thanks to what is probably the most wonky kit Riot has released as a rework. Sure they can get her winrate up, but her kit is no longer fluid like it once was.
i think shes a really good mage now. her damage is high. delayed. buy high. she isn't an assassin but a mage
Maybe wait some time before calling for buffs? She's just been reworked and she's not exactly easy to play. Remember all those times they buffed a champion like that only to realize they fucked up once people got hang of them?
She always had a sub 50 winrate. Actually, she only dropped by like 1% while gaining a 3% increased playrate, so it pretty much evens out. I'm not saying she couldn't use some QoL, but calm down and wait homie.
The main buff she needs is for people to max abilities in RWEQ priority instead of RWQE.
The only thing I see people complaining about is her laugh spam the clones do.
Mid-game LeBlanc can literally one shot a squishy with just both instances of her chain.
