Ap Kayn

Kayn doesn't have any ap scalings. I feel like it would be awesome if you guys added an ap scaling or 2 into Kayn. Maybe like 30% on his q, or like 70% on his w. There isn't any need to give him these scalings, but would help with diversity, allowing some off meta builds. Also it makes sense for his w or e to get one, considering for his scythe, he isn't physically hitting with it, especially on shadow assassin form where a shadow does it for him, and his e's healing could only be explained by magic
