A shower thought about the up coming ladder and placments

No real back story here, in the shower and was thinking,

I was thinking about placements and the ladder that we all climb, and it struck me, PLACMENTS,

Now hear me out, Placements are every persons worst nightmare for any Elo bronze up to diamond, so I got to thinking of making placements better and make it more meaningful than just getting in a new division, My solution is, for Season 9 is to have placements where it actually means accomplishment

How this works is, from the new tear iron bronze silver, you will have a 3 game placement at the end of division 1, meaning that you would have to finish those placements to get your new rank, you will still have to get 100lp to get in your new division but you wont have to do placements for each tier, only one

For silver 1 you would have to do a 5 game placement to get to gold, and after gold you will have to do a placement ever 2 division, for example, gold 3 you would have to do a 5 game placement to get to gold 2 and at gold 1 another 5 game placement, and so forth,
