Thresh Thoughts

Okay, as a person who loves to play thresh, even though I am only bronze 2, he is in a VERY rough spot with the new runes, With the recent buff to his q, it Feel much better but I was wondering, What would happen if we buff his passive, If you don't know already, his passive incresses his AP, and armor with ever soul he collects at a .75%, I was wondering what will happen if we buff this to .80% and how it will affect him
