Thresh Passive Damnation, Does it need a buff

Hiya everyone, I been playing thresh for quite a long time in my own standards ( about 2 years) with the runes reforged update that happened, thresh got hit VERY hard

In my personal opinion thresh passive needs a buff or a slight change, I have NEVER seen it changed for the time I have been playing him, I have asked a few people around the diamond tier about what would happen to thresh if you buff his passive

If you didn't know already Thresh passive is called Damnation, witch gives him Armor and AP for every soul he collects, It currently gives a .75%, The main theory is if you Buff his passive to be like a .80 or .85% will it be a considerable buff to his playstyle and make souls more valuable than it is right now?

The main feed back I got is that it would improve his mid game to late game scaling pretty good, and they also agreed it is needed with the current meta because games has been getting shorter and shorter and snowballing growing

What are your opinions?

As of right now, his passive just kinda feels useless. Especially with champs like Kai'Sa and Vayne basically mitigating his passive late game, and Lucian, Draven, and MF slamming him early, the passive honestly just feels useless. The AP has never really mattered to start with, and the armor is typically pretty negligible. I feel like his passive has just become outdated and needs to be brought to the modern day somehow

0.80 - 0.85% isn't going to do much of a difference.

It should probably just be bumped up to 1 AP and 1 Armor per Soul if it's going to be a meaningful buff.

HOWEVER, he needs to receive some nerfs elsewhere - probably a revert to the recent buff he got on his Q.
