@Riot: About your servers...

Riot, I understand you don't seem to want to make East Coast Servers or expand LAN to cover the east coast as well. I get that, that's fine.

I can live with 100+ ping. It's not a big deal.

The problem is that the servers aren't stable or consistent in regards to ping. I can have 100 ping 5 minutes into the game, but out of nowhere spike to 500. This happens multiple times a game, and often my ping will just massively fluctuate from 120-ish to 200/300 and back and forth.

You can't play League of Legends well with that kind of inconsistent, fluctuating ping. You can't predict inconsistent ping, and it completely messes up your game. Your last hitting skills become worthless since you can't accurately predict anything, you often miss timing in teamfights or are outright incapable of casting a spell (or even Flash) to save yourself or a teammate.

Riot, if you're not going to make servers on the east coast, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do whatever is in your power to make the ping stay consistent. Talk to the ISPs, something, anything. I love League, but the erratic lag takes away a LOT of the enjoyment I get from this game.
