about Precision: The Perfect PRESET, Absolute Focus

Recently, 3 PRESET rune pages changed.

First, Precision: The Perfect Celerity changed to Absolute Focus

Second, Domination: The Executioner Cheap Shot changed to Taste Of Blood Ghost Poro changed to Eyeball Collection

Third, Inspiration: The Timeless Unsealed Spellbook changed to Glacial Augment

As I think, these changes are positive generally. For example, Cheap Shot is not apply for all champions, but Taste of Blood is apply for all. Eyeball Collection gives more AD/AP than Ghost Poro, so many people prefer Eyeball Collection.

With regard to Precision: The Perfect PRESET, I have one suggestion.

In most cases, melee attackers (Warriors, Assassins, Marksmans) use that PRESET. for that melee attackers, there are many attractive item options that have no CDR. and sometimes CDR is not necessary for that melee attackers than Mages.

That is to say, that melee attackers are easy to have low CDR. and most cases that is no problem. CDR is not their order of priority.

But, for ALL champions, CDR is a helpful option. No one waste that CDR option, and all can get a benefit.

From a different angle, many beginner Newbs usually use PRESET pages, and they usually don't know the CDR max 40% cap conception.

For newbs, Trinity Force + The Black Cleaver + Spear of Shojin + Essence Reaver looks like a desirable ultimate weapons. :)

You noticed? Yes, there are all 80% CDR in that item combination.

What I want to say is, Transcendence is more general and non-specific rune, and helpful for many beginner Newb players. Bcz Transcendence convert over CDR into AD/AP

My suggestion is to change Precision: The Perfect's Absolute Focus to Transcendence.
