[CLIENT] Ward Skin Permanent not be seen in my Client

at Level 25, I get a ward skin permanent, but it's not be seen in Client collection menu.

at the left, it counted as number normally, but at the right, the ward is not be seen.

It's my second experience of ward disappearance, and It corrected naturally at first case.

In addition, there is a minor bug about ward also.

When we choose ward in Champion selection menu, it words well,

but when we try to bring it back to default ward, it can't be selected and ward icon is not changed.

In game, ward changed normally and ward icon is changed to default at next try,

but as I think there must not be a inconvenient bug for pleasant playing.

(and ward changing to default ward is not working by training practice tool game setting.)
