Looking for jungler recommendations

Looking for a simple and solid jungler who is not dull but not hard to play, as i am a cheapboi preferably cheap too. Currently i play but cannot always due to frequent enemy picking or banning. I am looking at , and as choices I just wanna evolve from instalocking garen top cus i have nothing else to play.
