Rito servers on par with Beta stage pokemon go.

I have found that recently (past couple weeks) every ai match and 90% of normal matches someone on my team experiences huge ping, which i have sometimes been that person. This ruins matches and leaves people with good internet unable and helpless. 300 - 2k ping randomly and most of the game. Too many people have this issue for it to be our Internets fault.
