Is anyone willing to watch some of my replays and tell me what i'm doing wrong

While the title says it all I might as well give some insight. I've been playing this game for about 2 years, and I've been hovering around B3 and B2 for about a month. While I want to tryhard climb to silver, I would get destroyed because of how bad I truly am. Would anyone be wiling to watch one of my recent replays and tell me what i'm doing wrong?

pretty sure you can watch some guides and learn from those but I'd be willing, prob amount to positioning, lack of wave control, last hit/cs, runes and masteries, item builds, and overall decision making
