Ranked IS infact, a coinflip

I've seen people say ranked is a coinflip recently, and I would like to speak my mind. But I have, by NO means, intentions to sound like: -I deserve a higher elo and it is my teams fault. -I am a toxic player -I don't deserve to be in silver Okay with that said, let me speak my mind about this. In league, ranked, i've noticed something. There's trolls, and these trolls come across every few games. Maybe 50%. Think about that, some dude ruins and throws the whole game making a 100% loss. Who knows why. Someone takes farm so they feed the whole game (I had this happen). Someone decided that since someone stole (I use that world very loosely) farm, so they REFUSE to cooperate. I have ALSO had this happen.

I have learned a TON about this game, and I am proud of myself and have wanted to prove my skill by climbing to gold in season 8. I found this possible, theoretically, and I wanted to try. Things were going AMAZING. I was in my silver 3 promos, with 1 win, and 2 unplayed games. The second game, I got a troll. Not someone that didn't play well, a literal troll. The ADC, lucian, decided that since thresh was farming relic shield to help them both, he was "STEALING MY FARM" and then fed. Literally fed. I reported him but got to "instant feedback report" about him being banned, what he deserved. Then it all went downhill. I lost my promos, and experienced trolls MORE THAN 50% OF MY GAMES. I dropped down to 10 LP, and stopped playing ranked for nearly a week, scared out of my mind about getting another troll and entering the "danger zone" of being demoted.

After a week, I, just played, another game. Everything was going right, but when someone took the ADC's wave of creeps, they got mad, they said they would afk, got super mad, and "muted" everything (they didn't) they then OUTRIGHT REFUSED to cooperate, and while we were teamfighting, and WINNING, jinx was farming side lanes. It wasn't a fact of her not playing well, she knew damn well what she was doing, and she ruined the game because she trolled.

This needs to stop. I feel that I could get to gold. I'm NOT saying I deserve gold, but what I DO deserve is the RIGHT to experience non-troll play and CLIMB ON MY OWN to gold, without trolls murdering my LP. I could do it, but trolls are ruining this. It's a coinflip. If you get the troll, you lose. And the odds oh so fucking hate me in my favor. They more than 50% give me the trolls. If it was ONLY 50%, I wouldn't have dropped 100 LP. I would be high silver 4. But no. I near to always get the trolls, and I have had to suffer when I never did anything

Please. I can't do this anymore. It's so... infuriating.

I´d won my last 13 matches in a row. With a coinflip and 50% not a very likely scenario.

Either get a duo partner, which lessens the burden of trolls and feeders, or play to become more consistent.

Climbing to gold or higher is very possible (and very easy if you do it right). Just focus on your own gameplay and dont mind trolls and feeders. Everytime you have won a game, you have a KDA of 8 or higher, everytime you lose you have <4 KDA. So basically if you play your best champion and average a KDA of 6-7 or higher consistanly, you climb. Simple.

Yeah, I was able to get to Gold last year, somewhat by luck, I'm not that great at the game. But I suppose one tip that I could give you is this:

**Use your ability to dodge games and /Mute All Every game. **

If you do this, getting out of silver isn't so bad. Yes, you'll have a few duds but that's to be expected. To dodge, when you're in Champion Select, go ahead and copy the initial names that appear in chat (i.e. username has joined the lobby) You copy that, and then paste it into Op.gg. That way you can see what you're dealing with.
