New Maokai sapplings are way overtuned

It is a little silly when 2 sapplings in a brush can half health any squishy when maokai support had no AP items and does the most damage in the game. The damage increase on the sapplings is way overtuned and its turned them into the new teemo shroom 2.0. Which makes contesting dragon/jungle/baron 10x more difficult.

I think they are getting nerfed on the PBE.

cuz it dont scale on AP it scales on targets max hp

and its all the guys got... they screwed damage on every thing else he has... its like you are literally cutting his limbs off
