The botting problem and actual player accounts being banned

So, um i have seen these posts about accounts being banned for botting due to a bug, and you see as a higschool student i dont get much time nor money to spend on the game, so i use quarterback for a skin or two, and i play 1 arurf game a day, so the system could think of me as a bot, what do i do to prevent this, play a match of aram? A normal SR game?
