I remember a month ago, Ekko had buffs about a few patches in a row. I'm not going argue if it's right or wrong I just want to know why he had a series of buffs? If you don't remember, he had buffs to his q cooldown, passive movement speed, etc.

WinBoat1 votesHonestly I been playing him since release, I didn't even think about him needing buffs cause I've always done good with Ekko. I was building partial tank before it ever became a thing. Hate to see my main champion and favorite being hated so much cause of two items like Iceborn and Sunfire that have been strong for ages now.

Doesnt even address the topic of the thread, which is "why buff ekko". Just says that hes really good with ekko and isnt it unfair ppl look down on him for playing tank ekko.

His tank build being op is due to the fact that sunfire costs a pittance and ibg is good on anyone with a pick kit. IBG also stupid cheep. Grasp of undying op. none of this is due to ekko. Why would you actually nerf him?
Irrelia would be smashing his ass if she wasnt in a nerfed state. He is an un-nerfed irrelia with less dmg, unreliable hard cc and a weaker laning phase, abusing overly efficient tank carry itemization. Ekko no op. SF IBG OP. That is all.

He is only good, if his tank build is strong.
