Morde and Ekko still unerfed

Had to make this post again, because my last one was removed only after getting 10 upvotes in an hour, for the dubious reason that I called Riot "idiots" - not suspicious at all. Morde and Ekko according to U.gg both have above a 52% w.r with an above 10% play rate. How have they not been nerfed for over AT LEAST 3 patches each? Last year Riot's revenue dropped by 33%. I can't help but think that situation hasn't improved for 2019; we'll see.
