Why are there no buffs in 7.3?

Just watched LS's rundown on patch 7.3 and he brought up a very good point why do champions not get buffed?

I wish old forgotten champs got buffed like Udyr, Aatrox, Heimerdinger, Skarner just things that nobody is playing so we can experiment.

Patches like this wont bring much change. LS and pro teams can basically tell if the meta will be the same just by looking at these notes.

Tiny nerfs are ok to fine tune champions like what is happening with Rengar, Malzahar, Zyra. They don't gut the champion and brings them closer in line. I think these are the best kind of changes that the balance team is doing right now.

The changes to Jayce and Camille are pretty lackluster because they wont really stop what they do and don't address the problems. Like LS said the changes can be worked around and in this case pretty easily they basically aren't really nerfs.

Small buffs like the Tristana one is great in a vacuum but once you consider what she has to go up against in the current meta other adcs bring more to the table. Or the Akali buffs not to long ago over a couple patches, they were nice quality changes but they didn't really change her that much they didn't make her OP but it kept people guessing if Tank or AP Akali was going to be viable. **Why do we not see small buffs like this for multiple champions that do not see play? **

Don't give them buffs like what happened to Jayce in 6.17 where he was propelled back into the meta and has been top tier for awhile now. I remember in past seasons where every patch a handful of champions would get stat changes or buffs to help them.

TLDR: Changes like Tristanas, Akali, Gragas don't push the line and keep people guessing. So please start pumping out a lot more of these every patch so I don't only have to watch top tier champions slowly be killed.

Because to many buffs cause the damage creep to slowly go up that's how damage creeps work.
