[Team][NA]LF Active Players/Team To Hit Plat-Diamond+

As the title suggest I want a team that wont disband as soon as we hit a new tier. I want to play beyond plat or get higher than plat V I easily hit plat V and gold 1, 3 times in the last month. But as soon as we do people just never log on. Id prefer a plat or gold team or a team that can place in gold 3 after provisional. Can use voice chat. I prefer playing botlane since thats been my main role. But if the team seems to be a solid one that plays frequently I can learn another role like top. I like jungler meta I have played with a support meta before as well. Add "Shadowkrag" msg me in game that you are from reddit and I can try out for a team in normals if you prefer.
