3v3 LF plat team grind to hit diamond

Had trouble in the past with teams never being online or willing to play in higher brackets. So looking for dedicated players. Can play any role but jungle adc, but willing to try them as long as other players are comfortable and confident on their roles. bot>support>top>jungle/adc I'am looking for players that don't get discouraged losing to a diamond or challenger team, can always just smash them in the next game. With my mmr I usually get placed in gold5 and just breeze through games to plat, pretty easy to do in a day. But if the team mmr is high enough I've been placed in plat before.
