AD Janna is freaking strong against Illaoi 0____0;

It's mostly a combination of her E and Q. I was able to consistently 1v1 an Illaoi and win during an ARAM. This is an Illaoi that was bullying the hell out of my team and was up like 10 kills. I switched to AD and started wrecking face.

With cooldown items her Q and E are on really short cooldowns, and if she goes in to ult on you just ult back and knock her away then BotRK and activate Ghostblade. Freaking hilarious!

Infinity Edge, Youmuu's Ghostblade, BotRK, Statikk Shiv, Ninja Tabi, Mortal Reminder.

Probably the most fun I've had in League in a looong time!

Yeah, as my janna only account and nemesis draft repeatedly have shown me, AD janna is not nearly as awful as people think it is (as people seem to genericly think Janna is weak and only good for support). (I'm pretty torn between AD janna and on-hit Janna for jg purposes, but both are ad-ish instead of AP.)

Having a built in AD steroid (and a shield) via her E means she can trade well, passive extra move speed via W means she can chase down most kills (and/or escape), and the self peel via q/ult is pretty good to have when you're getting focused (due to being a significant damage dealer).

tank morgana is another strange counter
