Is anyone else getting consistent leaver strikes for not being able to connect to a game?

Usually I'll be able to connect just fine to games. I can even play 50 or so in a row and have no issues. But occasionally I'll get disconnected, and during that time where people were getting bugsplat crashes all the time a few weeks ago I got a leaver strike on my account. I had to wait 5 minutes per game for 5 games to queue up. No biggie. 25 minutes is harsh for a bug on server end but whatever.

Then my house got hit by lightning (I submitted a ticket with proof to Riot and still haven't gotten a response, I and my team were even doing really well in the game) which dropped me from a game since my electricity was out. Then I had to wait 10 minutes per game for 5 games. Fine, I like this game, I'll play through it. That's a little less than an hour for some quality gaming, whatever. Cleared the account again and was playing fine.

Today I got a disconnect during loading screen. It tried connecting for 2 minutes then I got a popup saying "This game no longer exists, feel free to queue for another game". But now I have ANOTHER leaver strike on my account. Now I have to wait TWENTY minutes per game for five games to clear my account.

Riot Games, this is ridiculous! These are obviously bugs on your end, provably so and I'll keep submitting tickets with proof if I have to, and you are punishing a user for it.

I've been playing since Season 2 with a squeaky clean account and now I am getting punished on the regular (4 times in less than 3 weeks) because of bugs!

Is anyone else having this happen to them?
