If Yasuo's low win rate justifies buffs
Where are the Zoe buffs? Bottom 10% across all divisions, seems like a pretty clear cut case to me!

I think that Yas might need buffs a bit more, I feel the issue with zoe isnt in her stats but her kit itself?
Fiora is struggling more than Yasuo honestly.
And Ryze, Cassi etc.
