So, when are you going to fire everyone on your balance team?

Literally after a month of not playing, I come back to a 4 times worse soraka to play against and champions that can store their escapes. Can you learn to properly balance a game riot please? Soraka was the last champion to need any type of buff, then BAM a mastery that increases heals on allies... Hell I thought the tank meta was fucking terrible, now we actually have to perma-ban soraka due to uncontrolled healing.
