Bronze but play always matched with Diamonds, Plats, and Golds?

Alright, so apparently im Bronze 3, and i dont play ranked because of 1 reason. Ranked is so one sided. The losing team is always the team with the bad player and its all chance of getting him/her or not. IF you get that player on your team, well too bad you lost, and if you dont then you won. So now comes to the point where im in normals and i play against these high elo people and they see im bronze and they just put me down in ways unimaginable. they dont like me and they disrespect me. I just want to know if theres people like me or to put it out there, there humans among gods, or bronzies along diamonds.
