One-Shot vs. None-Shot

So if I'm and E to an enemy, have and use a basic attack and use Q on the third, , Thunderlord's Decree, , Critical Strike, , , , somehow time the cooldown on and , ( 8+8 = 16%), and don't forget the on-hit passive's from and , would all these items activate twice because of ? I feel like there's a 1 shot somewhere in there with the right build.
