It was already confirmed that Talon's passive was going to be changed and Fizz's in much worst (Talon's at least did something in combat that could feel meaningful) so is it likely for it to be changed, regardless of if Fizz gets a big rework or not?

I'd safely say fizz has one of the absolute worst passives in the game, like the ghost benefit is kinda okay but its not needed on a champ like fizz, and the AA reduction is basically worthless.
