Shield of infinite power

Pantheon. A wonderful top lane champ and jungler too. Is a bit too strong given two factors. One being his shield is allowed to proc right after one another as long as the conditions are met. Use 4 basic attacks or abilities and use aegis shield. Now if it was just the 4 basics and abilities that'd be fine. But that does not stop the fact he can block some things like a stun from tf and whatever ekkos bubble root is gets blocked as well. Not only that but it completely blocks a turret blast. Which i find to be outrageously over powered.
