Can we just stop for a minute? Riot has all these "rules" in place to have a non-toxic game. So when someone picks a certain thing for a certain lane I would like to assume that 2 things are supposed to happen. Ensure that that is what they want to do and then just continue playing. What shouldn't happen is everyone to start hoping on them about how bad that is and being toxic. Then at the end of the game when they did better than you or anyone on the team don't blame that they did bad because of the pick someone had. If top lane picks something there is no reason whatsoever that it is the cause of bot lane feeding unless top lane was coming bot and getting kills. Can we agree on that logic?
