Lane locked certaintiy

Can there be a ranked option where we get to play our lanes? Not this mess where we "May" get our lanes. Then have teams that don't get their lane then ends up feeding. I can handle any lane well enough but as I am constantly reminded. This is a team game. No matter how any one person does if one or 2 others are feeding and useless then it's pointless.
