? A friend of mine was playing him today while I was watching, and it just was like "why not?" The sheen procs would work decent with him since he weaves spells with autos, so what are the drawbacks?

It's something Lucian wants but the number of times it's a good buy (there's nothing better to buy) are seldom. For the most part its just a late game boot replacement.
Not to mention double stacking

For the AD, ArmPen, CDR, And the active helps when you ulti. After that I rush Black Cleaver to help shred them down. then I build my Phantom.
Is usually my endgame..The GA is situational between
