Not sure why the balance team nerfed Lucian's mana cost, when his damage is the fucking issue.

Yeah, make it to where he can't spam his Q one more time. That's not the issue, his damage is. Simple as that. Why is he allowed to have a passive that can proc BORK twice in a quick succession? You do understand that's 16% of my current health, right? So, if you look at it this way, he can E Q W on top of his double tap, that's 48% of my current health just because his passive is allowed to proc on hit effects. Let's not factor in the fact that his Q does damage as well as his auto attacks with fervor, granting him even MORE damage, so he can theoretically just one shot me in one combo because of a single item.Honestly? Let's not even go into the whole black cleaver bullshit. The funny thing, is that he can actually go mid and not have a problem against AP burst champions and assassins because he just does so much fucking damage. An assassin isn't a threat to him mid lane, and he's an ADC. Nice joke man.

I mean, for fucks sakes, I'm pretty sure BORK and BC have both been nerfed just because of the fucking champion, so clearly there's an issue that needs to be addressed.
