We need a division that's under bronze.

as harsh as it may sound. Bronze has way to much diversity. Similar to challenger before mastery tier. There are just too many players in bronze to have an accurate measurement of skill. So an extra division may be better. Maybe scaled to B9- B1 ? or something

I mean it's the exact same for every ranking. i typically climb to g5 and then sit there, b5-s1 is easy ( for me not everyone) then at s1-g5 level i always hit a plateau. low silver and high silver are nothing alike. same for low gold and high gold.

Underrated post. I am silver on another account now and I miss bronze. Silver is just same but they are errogant and too confident for absolutely no goddamn reason. My best and worst adc partners were in bronze. One game you think "wow, that's what game should look like" and another game its total monkey who doesn't know how to pick up lantern.

Or make bronze actually be bronze. Stop placing new level 30s into Bronze 1 and Silver 5

NO, strongly disagree, we need a fair matchmaking system that wont match us silver with gold and platinum 5 etc., no matter what our MMR is ..in other words ,we need a real ranked system :) that will match us mostly by skill not by wining or losing streaks etc.

and we shouldnt care if we have to wait 15-20 mins for ranked match to be found, its ranked for gods sake , not something unimportant like normals ;) We need alteast the old system back , if nothing better

I think that in bronze, just like any other elo, if the population of that elo is overwhelmingly greater than other elos, and/or there are solid statistical numbers supporting a great skill discrepancy, then there are grounds for looking into a lower/higher rank

If the bottom tier of bronze is super overloaded, then a lower rank may be necessary, similarly, if there was a huge front loading of high bronze players, that can't seem to get to silver, than a new rank may be needed between silver and bronze. This thought process applies to every rank, and the same solutions could be applied to gold, plat, or diamond if they had the same front / black loading of players-problem that bronze seems to have.

Another point of interest: Challenger had a similar issue, and they used a similar solution. In previous seasons, the ranks went: Challenger - Dimond - Plat Riot saw the great skill decrepency between the high challenger, and low challenger players, so they created the Masters tier.

If riot ever decides that there needs to be a lower rank, it'll probably be a decision based on hard numbers, and if they decide not to, then this whole thing could be a non-problem that bronze players made up to explain away their losses with bad teams.

While I partially agree, I have never laughed at a thread harder, its so easy to get out of bronze, its not your teammates fault. Theoretically I agree to some extent though.
