Did you try the hextech repair tool yet? It might help or further diagnose why your system is having trouble patching/actually running.

It's not the exact same error but it's similar to the 'League seems to have encountered an error' loop I got after running a defrag.

I suggest creating a back up copy of league (when it's working) ideally on another computer or an external harddrive, so if your computer / antivirus decides it doesn't like league, you can just copy the files back and update to the most recent patch rather than lose the whole thing. League doesn't truelly install and makes no modifications to your computer, so as long as you have the files in tact, it'll work. Hope that works for you.

I've got the exact same error. Same issue. Tried to reinstall and i can't get past the launcher. Just keeps telling me to reinstall again.

Try deleting/removing LeagueClient.exe and running the admin lol.launcher. Seems to have fixed things for me.
