I'm not much of a toplaner and this isn't even about fighting him top lane. I'm actually asking about after the laning faze and for other lanes like mid or support. At that point hes got a pretty good amount of stacks fed or not is pretty tanky and hurts like a truck what do I do? Just run away, cant' that won't win games, cant charge him what do i do?

You never 1v1 Nasus after laning. Unless you can kite him like no tomorrow.

CC Him to death. Ik kill me. "Kite him" This may be a bug but I was playing Vayne earlier and there was an enemy Nasus. He got too close to me and so I E him away. Guess what? His Q still goes through and oneshots me :/ His Q was raised and I E'd then when he slammed it down it STILL got me. Riot please
2 things you can do:
1- Cry and try not to die because if you die once the other team wins. A Nasus that is not behind= gg.
2- Pick one of the super oppressive balanced lanners like 
and try to destroy him. Even if you do destroy him he might get strong by stacking his Q when you are actualy being usefull and winning teamfights with your team, so you have to finish as quick as you can before he gets stacks. If he does he can change the course of the game by himself.
