Is it just me or does it seem like every character in the game in general just does a ridiculous amount of damage to eachother? Like every hit or shot chunks health unless you're full tank. It makes fights really short and everyone super scared of even getting near an enemy cause one shot will take out half of their hp.
Except for turrets they're still pathetic.
Have you seen the videos of Rengar 1 shotting with just his ult and only 2 items? Ive also played against Zed players who literally 100-0% me with 1 item and just W, E ,Q combo, no ult required. Lets not forget ADCs who 2 shot you with right clicks.
Damage in this game is just a joke atm.
Everyone is playing snowball champs and not building armor/mr/health. Every game was I've played has between 0-1 tanks. That being said a 3-5 armor/mr buff across the board might be necessary.
was it necessary to buff penetration on items though?
I honestly HATE this game in this patch/current state. Everything is about damage. The only thing I've seen outside of that is Ornn being unkillable. Aside from that, everything is pure damage and damage only. I'm not having any fun. Maybe I'll come back in a few patches and check things out.
It's not so much that everyone does a ton of damage (which still isn't entirely un-true); it's that everyone has relatively 0 MR come midgame and everyone that's melee desperately needs it. Marksmen need it as well but quite a few can get away without it so long as they have enough shields, peel and lifesteal. Unless the enemy team is loaded with magic damage.
Also towers are made out of paper mache.
The game is balanced for esports not general play. Towers are garbage because tower dives are exciting to watch even if there is no actual chance to fail because the tower does nothing.
I agree fights aren't fights its who gets one shot and causes the loss of the game because they were the one able to do it to the enemy.
This game is about the burst and solo carry rather then actual team play
even if you're a full tank, you get killed in 4 seconds.
