@Riot, for all that is sacred, buff everyone's armor and MR

EVERYONE and EVERYTHING is nuking everyone and everything. I almost one shotted a squishy with Ahri's E in ARAM, something that never happened before this update, not even when fed. Cait's skills are hitting so hard it's ridiculous. Tanks are made of paper, you can't tank anything, and a long etc. If you want to keep the new runes numbers at least buff everyone's armor and MR and perhaps HP. Seriously, the damage is insane.
