Taking your "i want to talk to the manager" eulogy, let's go further...
I go to Wendy's every week for a treat on Monday. My favorite meal is a bacon deluxe burger with large fries and frosty. It's equal to roughly $13 (I never ask for change back) and I enjoy it. It's a great burger, the patty is thick and juicy, there's proper veg on it and the bacon is crispy. Yum.
Next week I go in there, and they might make a mistake. The patty might be half the size, or it might be overcooked, or the veg could be replaced by the limp, soggy shredded crap that McDonalds uses, or maybe the bacon's microwaved now. So I take it back to the desk and ask about it. Oh, they changed their recipe, and this is how it is now! Okay, well it's terrible. The way it was before is why I choose Wendy's over McDonalds when it comes to a bacon burger. I'd offer feedback to the company, but.. oh, that's a disappointment, most complaints are thrown aside, encouraged by the Wendy's riders that say they can do whatever they want because it's their company. Well, I'm not the only one feeling wronged with the change to the Bacon Deluxe! And with the knowledge that a large swathe of complaints are ignored in favor of doing what they feel is better instead of what the consumer wants, we decide to be loud. We want to be heard and understood. We will make it known that Wendy's will lose a lot of customers by making their burger just as inferior to regular burgers as Mcdonalds makes theirs, and thus losing business and.. dying. It won't be dead, but it'll be decaying. Dying. Losing more than it gains because it makes its choices regardless of what its common consumer wants, leaving them feeling unappreciated for their money, so they just take it elsewhere. Oh, then the food goes up $8.
That's Riot right now. They had HEAVILY negative responses to the Runes Reforged, loud complaints about the refund system for runes purchased before 2017, and now that more and more is being discovered, people are making it known that the wool hasn't been pulled over our eyes and we see the shady business practice for what it is - cashgrabbing. Yeah, you're a company, but you're also one of the already largest grossing companies with a hilariously huge jackpot for the LCS, and if you can give out that much as the jackpot? Well, you clearly have much much much more available to you. This is a sh*t on the playerbase and I won't be nice in saying you're being willfully ignorant if you can't see that.
