Urgot, why I think he is actually good.

Play urgot top as basically a tank, You get one dmg item. manamune then you go full tank. Iceborns are great on him. So when you ult you are just "going in" as the tank. It's actually very good. A few things you might not know about his kit. #1 hit ult reduces the dmg you take for the next 3 seconds at lvl 3 by 50%! That's strong. #2 His shield scales with mana so that manamune and ice borns just fit perfectly. Lastly his lane phase. It is AMAZING! Seriously try it. You will rarely lose as your passive reduces the dmg you take from the champion you aa by 15% for 3.5 seconds! That's a crap ton of dmg reduction. Not to mention his e has armor shred on it. So even with a small amount of dmg items you are shredding through a decent bit of armor. I see a lot of people hate on urgot. I know he isn't the best. But he is definitely strong enough to be playable into almost any match up. If you want to talk useless champions we should be talking about nunu or aatrox. Urgot is a competitive pick that you can really crush with in lane phase and be tanky enough/deal enough dmg that if they ignore you they will be destroyed. Admittedly I am only G3 but the same principles apply. if you ult and aa someone its like an alistar ult for 3 seconds. 65% reduced dmg. I Actually think he's good. But I might be the only one.

So in closing I will say that a few things in his kit are kind of useless late game the range on q is really good early for just poking your enemy out of lane but late game it isn't very strong only ranged use is with w for the slow but even that is kinda meh. But playing him as I have suggested here is quite good and I really do recommend you play him in a few games. See if you had the same result I have every time I play him.
