Ehm, a lot, at higher rank people abuse the weak early. Low elo cant jungle/close games.

Think for yourself and read his kit. At level 18 without runes and masteries or anything besides a sated devourer and his E active. He deals roughly 155 true damage in two auto attacks. Also take a look at how it's going to interact with his alpha strike cool down.. Thank you for your time.
