IT IS SICK, when 
can deal over 300 dmg to you at lvl 1-3 from one Q, AND WHEN EVERY JUGGERNAUT HAS THE SAME EARLY GAME UNFAIR DMG 
, JUST STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT FAIR AT ALL TO GET MY HEALTH FROM 700 TO 0 LVL 1,2,3 BY NO SKILL CHAMPS, GETTING ONE SHOT AT EARLY GAME IS THE MOST TOXIC EXPERIENCE IN THIS GAME, THIS IS THE WORST PRESEASON HAPPENED IN THE HISTORY OF LEAGUE.
So when you know that you lose early trades vs a Lane Bully, a champ who is designed around winning the Lane, a perfect Spiltpusher, something that can kill you with one Q rotation, Poppy on steroids and a early game bruiser, why do you trade?
XD. you put yorick on that list who is a terrible champion right now and mundo is really easy to deal with early aswell. i can only assume you just do not know how to play versus champs like these. i suggest you learn how to play versus them. for me i HATE facing garen and if i lose lane im not gonna blame riot and the champ since i KNOW garen isnt op, im gonna blame myself for not playing the right way sgsinst them.
