Please remove lock champion in norms blind pick

I don't know how many people play or care about norms but I want to share this regardless. In champion select locking a champion is used only by trolls to force the team to give them what they want. Instalocking just forces the ultimatum on the team to either give the guy being a d1ck what he wants, or dodge.

While this is a very minor problem in the big scheme of things, but this is the only influence champion locking has in champ select. You never have cases where all 10 players locked and the game starts sooner so champion lock has no actual meaning.

Does this have any positive inpact on the game that I'm aware of? Would the game be any worse off if this was removed?
