Dynamic ques will lower the value of rank

Dynamic ques is such a bad idea. Right now I am a gold player and a few other mates that are gold and plat. I also have one friend that is silver 5. If we really wanted to, I could get a 4 man group with my silver friend, and just tell him what to do and boost his account to gold with absolutely no effort. Mechanics don't actually matter as much as decision making does, if you have 4 good players telling a slightly less skilled player what to do and is willing to co operate, he will have a significant advantage.

Boosting is going to be so easy and disgusting. and it's still advantageous to have somebody at a lower skill level in your skype and familiar with the rest of you, over somebody of a higher skill, but also a stranger and less easy to communicate to.

Rank will just be who your friends are. Any one that wants to climb the ladder with their own strength are gonna be far more disadvantaged over those that get their buddies to help.
