lol if youre jungler you take red smite and do true damage to them
ohhh TRUMPED again
GET ON MY LEVEL SON
True damage does nothing to stop someone from healing.
Ignite is a long enough cooldown that it won't be up each fight.
As I mentioned earlier Morellos requires you to get them under 40% first.
15% extra damage, as I mentioned, is meaningless when it's on one person while your whole team is trying to kill them (even at a generous 40% damage assumption it's only 6% extra damage output in total).
There are plenty of champions that can heal faster than they are damaged if you don't apply grievous wounds. Not building Mortal Reminder in these cases is a huge mistake.
A Darius who lands a big swing can instantly heal a boatload.
Swain and Vlad can heal loads.
Illaoi heals a lot.
Volibear's passive with a spirit visage is huge.
Renekton/Nasus ults are big.
Any tank with an allied Soraka or Sona will do work too.
At the end of the day, Mortal Reminder significantly outclasses Dominicks in these cases where an enemy champion is going to be healing large amounts in a teamfight. And heck, even in a perfect fight where each ADC carries and gets a quadrakill, the ADC with mortal reminder to deny the opponent lifesteal (while Dominicks offers nothing) is HUGE.
Oh, also, it's 5 seconds re-applied each auto. So it's perma-grievous wounds. That's nothing to sneeze at as you did in response to my comment.
