Fix dynamic queue for people that are okay with supporting

As of writing this, 14 of my last 20 ranked games have been supporting. I have nothing against supporting, I like doing it, whatever. But my primary role is jungle. Support is my secondary role. I don't want to play support almost 3/4 of the time. I'd love to play jungle 100% of the time, but can't because of this new system. Since I started keeping track, I get support twice as often as jungle in ranked. Riot can you please fix this?
