Devourer Is Broken but its not the issue

theres been a lot of talk about champs farm junglers such as ww and udyr being broken because of devourer, and although i agree that farm champs are BROKEN with it (seriously did they even learn form feral) but its not the whole issue. trailblazer is to strong and sustain is difficult without it unless you are playing a high sustain champ like ww (which means he can get devourer+stalkers with no penalty). The new jungle monsters should be nerfed by about 30% health and other jungle items be buffed as well as increasing health and mana gotten back from monsters plus 50 of the magic damage and scaling should be removed from devourers.
