Just got rekt by a proxy singed...

I was swain top; my early levels too weak to wave clear as he began to proxy. By level 4 he could easily proxy, I chose not to chase him and just farm myself. I couldn't fully proxy myself until I got catalyst and blasting wand. He rushed ZZrot and then began to proxy farm in the base. We tried to chase him at first, but then just left him alone as killing him took too long, so we stayed at our outer turrets. The enemy minion waves eventually put too much pressure on our other turrets, and we lost them slowly. Eventually we had to address him in our base, when we did, the enemy team got baron and proceeded to finish us off.

Been trying to think how we could've played it differently, but honestly we needed to kill singed in order to regain control in our other lanes, and even if we did, we would lose a tower because of it.

I feel like a nub not being able to stop him, but maybe swain is just a bad pick into him.
